School Rules

The following guidelines for behaviour have been established after discussion with students and staff.

These are:

  • Use common sense in all things we do

  • Always be self-controlled

  • Show self respect for other people and other people’s property

  • Treat others how you would like to be treated yourself

  • Be responsible for your own actions

We use our Waka Strategy to promote and guide behavior in our school

  • Wehewehe is to move or walk away from distractions

  • Aro Atu is to ignore by turning away slowly

  • Korero is to ell Someone

  • Aroha Mai, Aroha Atu is to stay calm and Cool by apologising
